Pineapple Tart Treat
5th January marked the FIRST BAKE of the year. Pineapple tarts were one of my favourite pastries mum used to bake, especially during chinese new year. I remember giving a helping hand on a few occasions.... I recall it was hardwork and it was still hardwork when I got round to whipping it up one evening for dave and myself. I used bottle caps to get it to as round a shape as I could. Not perfect but good effort I thought. Certainly, finger licking tasty.....

Hahaaaa!! The "tart face with bad teeth" is hilarious! And looks yummy too. U like Kweh Bangkit too right?? I failed miserably in my attempts for the past two chinese new years. Would love to have some if u gonna bake any!!
